About Juli-Anne
Juli-Anne J. James is a writer, speaker, and community leader passionate about creativity, faith, and impact. She is the co-founder and Executive Director of Streams Community Hub—a registered charity in Shelburne, Ontario, that provides arts-based education and experiences for children and youth. Under her leadership, Streams has grown from a single summer camp in 2017 into a year-round hub of programs, workshops, and events that foster confidence, imagination, and belonging for young people and their families.
Juli-Anne is also the co-owner of Town Tees, a social enterprise that employs and mentors youth while supporting Streams’ mission, and she leads Summerhill Publishing, a family-run imprint producing children’s books and creative projects—including Afro No!, written and illustrated by her daughter, Amaya.
A communications strategist by profession, Juli-Anne is the author of Every Day, Wisdom, a 90-day devotional, and is currently working on its follow-up focused on everyday courage. She and her husband, Andrew, also co-host the LoveJames podcast, where they share candid insights on marriage, faith, and leadership.
Rooted in her Caribbean upbringing and shaped by her Canadian experience, Juli-Anne blends creativity, practicality, and vision. Whether she is writing, teaching, or building pathways for others, her work carries a consistent theme: creating spaces where people can discover their voice, step into possibility, and live with faith and courage.
About Andrew
Andrew James is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and mentor dedicated to unlocking possibility through creativity and community. He is the co-founder and Board Chair of Streams Community Hub—a registered charity in Shelburne, Ontario, that provides children and youth with access to arts education, mentorship, and safe spaces for belonging.
Andrew is also the CEO of Town Tees, a social enterprise he launched to fuel Streams’ mission and create meaningful employment opportunities for young people. Through Town Tees, he has mentored youth in business, creativity, and leadership, blending commerce with community impact.
With a background in music and performance, Andrew’s journey into leadership began when a high school teacher encouraged him to channel his class-clown energy into the stage—an experience that shaped his lifelong commitment to the arts as a vehicle for transformation. Today, he brings that same passion to his work as a speaker, author, and coach. His latest book, Presumptuous: Living Beyond Limits, Labels, and Logic, challenges readers to embrace bold faith and reimagine what’s possible.
Alongside his wife, Juli-Anne, Andrew co-hosts the LoveJames podcast, offering real and relatable conversations about marriage, faith, and leadership. Whether in business, ministry, or mentorship, Andrew is known for his consistency, integrity, and ability to inspire others to pursue vision with grit and grace.
